My work centers on creating purpose-driven ventures - to foster a sustainable & healthy world.
Since selling my innovation studio in 2010, I now operate as an independent management consultant, interim leader, and designer.
I personally engage with startups as part of a founding team - to design new ventures, from an idea to impact at scale. I also collaborate with academic institutions, venture studios, accelerators, and investment firms - to drive funding & growth across their portfolio.
My portfolio companies are focused on developing solutions at the intersection of nature, health, and community impact - to create inclusive environmental & societal change. As a Global Fellow of Social Impact for MovingWorlds, my portfolio aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
I’ve led a high-growth VC-backed startup from Harvard University’s Wyss Institute, have mentored social entrepreneurs in frontier markets to create solutions for community impact, and have scaled innovation for global science & technology corporations.
Presently, I am proudly a Fellow of the Drucker Institute at Claremont Graduate University, am leading the design team for a stealth-mode startup, and also proudly serve as the Head of Capacity Building & Entrepreneur-in-Residence for MovingWorlds, SPC.
